Mr El-Haji from EDI GmbH was present at the 5th Regional Conference on Mobility Transition, which took place on 17 and 18 May 2022 at the Pfalzbau in Ludwigshafen and online, and with the presentation of the GOSAIFE project, met with a wide interest among municipalities.
The aim of GOSAIFE is to offer drivers and passengers the safest route in each case. The motto is "safety through swarm intelligence". The participants continuously record the driving context. This allows situations to be dynamically reassessed in order to react appropriately and safely to changing situations.
GOSAIFE is the ideal tool for municipalities to carry out safety assessments of transport infrastructure, especially with a focus on cyclists and autonomous vehicles. The amount of evaluated data from the completed GOSAIFE research project increases safety for all road users.
