Dr Thomas Freudenmann, CEO and co-founder of EDI GmbH, presented on the first day of this year's AIxIA conference the different steps to create an AI project in a company: Identifying use cases, data strategy before implementing AI and other important steps. The focus was on the EDI Scrum 2.0. process, which leads safely to success in small steps and offers a quick return on investment. The cooperative and transparent learning of man and machine by integrating the expert knowledge available on site was also presented. As a use case, Mr Freudenmann presented the AI-supported shift planning of the company Blanc & Fischer from the research project KARL.
