Under the title "Ambassadors in Dialogue", the Stuttgart Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organising a networking evening with a delegation of ambassadors from the Asia-Pacific region and selected representatives from business, politics, associations and institutions from Baden-Württemberg on Thursday, 15 September 2022.
Together with Franz Loogen from E-mobil BW and the Indonesian ambassador, Tobias Stürmlinger from EDI GmbH will take part in the panel discussion on the topic "Automotive and Mobility - From Tradition to Future", which will open the evening. Mr. Stürmlinger will highlight the current challenges in the transformation process of the mobility industry and present EDI GmbH's mobility solutions for automated and safe driving.
With the Incident Detector, which has been developed by EDI over the last three years, critical scenarios can be found in data from real, recorded traffic situations using artificial intelligence.
EDI is also active in numerous research projects in the field of mobility. The U-sarah_LIVE project is about predictive traffic control through AI. The aim of the GOSAIFE project is to offer drivers and passengers the safest route in each case. The motto is "safety through swarm intelligence". The Anrox project is concerned with developing a fail-safe and efficient electric drive system for robot taxis. And the LionAID project is about developing an intelligent diagnostic device for LiIon batteries.
For 6 years EDI has maintained long-standing business relationships and cooperation with universities, OEMs and suppliers from Asia, e.g. from Japan and Korea.
The event will take place in room 1 of the Stuttgart Region Chamber of Industry and Commerce at Jägerstraße 30. The event will start at 17:30 and the following networking will continue until approx. 20:30.
